Brigitte Baumann has 20+ years of experience in bringing new technologies to market in the US and Europe. She was the CEO and Director of iWORLD Group, a VC backed, global developer of mobile content. She was Senior Vice President and General Manager Internet at American Express (Amex) Corporate Services. There she launched a variety of internet businesses including online travel (strategic partner of Expedia.com and subject of HBS case study) and e-Procurement. Prior to that, Brigitte spent three years as President for US and Canada of Gemalto, the world’s leader in smart card technology and applications to introduce smart cards in the North America. Before, she spent six years in different Vice-Presidential/General Manager positions in the UK, France and Switzerland at Amex. She also spent five years with McKinsey & Company Inc. as Senior Engagement Manager, in New York, Paris and Tokyo. She began her career in manufacturing and sales with Rohm & Haas, a leading specialty chemicals company.
Brigitte holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University, Boston and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Born and raised in France, Brigitte and her family now live in Zurich.

André is a C-level executive with 20+ years’ experience in Technology, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Sales, Product, People and Project Management in High Tech and Social and Environmental Impact Investing. Prior to joining Go Beyond Investing, André held managerial and technical roles in medium sized and multinational companies internally and on assignment for Landis & Gyr, the European Space Agency, Energie Ouest Suisse, Kudelski Group & Echostar Corporation.
André holds a joint eMBA from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology EPFL and the University of Lausanne HEC alongside a technical degree in Electronics & Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences, Western HEIG-VD as well as a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Medtech, Biotech & Pharma from EPFL.

Hans-Joachim is an enthusiastic entrepreneur, a successful leader of high performance teams and an experienced strategy consultant.
Hans-Joachim has extensive experience in building and managing professional service firms: having served as a Managing Director of Deloitte Consulting in Switzerland, he successfully founded and developed first Bossard Consultants in Germany and then Executive Insight AG, a specialized health-care consultancy, in Switzerland, where he is remains Chairman of the Board. Separately, Hans-Joachim has been the CEO of Ray Sono AG in Munich, he is member of the Board of Medirio SA in Sierre, Navisco AG in Hamburg and of JuckerFarm AG in Zurich: he is also a member of the family council of Lenzlinger Söhne AG in Uster.
Investing as an angel since 2007, he has focused on high tech, internet and health-care investments. He has been a member of the SEIF-Awards 2013 Jury and the Munich ESA investment Forum 2013 Jury. Healthcare Group coach in Go-Beyond Investing since 2013.
Hans-Joachim studied business administration in Cologne and Paris, before completing his PhD at St. Gallen in Switzerland. Hans-Joachim lives near Zurich with his wife and their two sons. He enjoys outdoor pursuits such as biking, sailing, snowboarding and wood cutting; restoring vintage cars when it rains.
